1. There has been debate over if this movie is genuine or a "mockumentary". What do you think? If it was a mockumentary - why would Bansky do this?
Mockumentary is type of film or television show in which fictitious events are presented in documentary format. I think mockumentary, because they want what they think to let people see.

2. What do you think the street artists are trying to get across to the public with their graffiti?
How can you tell they were effective?
Because they are street artist, they want to send out the message that they want people to know by their arts.

3. What do you think that Mr. Brain Wash was trying to get across to the public with his art? Was he effective?

4. What do you see as the key differences between the street artists work and MBW's work?
MBW's work have a message that is different than street artist. Street artists are just their interested in graffitis, and MBW was like have a message that's being sent out from his art.

5. At the end of the show lots of people showed up to the art show.  Why the long line? What brought so many people together?
The message that they sent out from their art brought many people together, the people who were there know the meaning of the street art (graffiti).

6. Graffiti: Is it art or vandalism? How would you react to someone painting on your wall? What similarities do you see between graffiti and guerilla marketing? Where is the line for Shepard Fairey or Banksy, when they move from making art against the mainstream machines into making money off of their art from the mainstream machines? Did they sell out or did they achieve success?

I think it is vandalism. IF someone painted on my wall, I don't mind, but like they didn't at for my permission to paint on my wall, I'll won't be nice as well. The similarities between these two are they cost less money, buy earn more money.

Autocratic Leadership - all decision-making powers are centralized in the leader
Laissez-Faire Leadership - a free-rein leader does not lead, but leave the group entirely to itself
Democratic Leadership - decision-making by the group
I think if I'm managing a store, and an employee who constantly late for work, and unmotivated when they are at work, what I will do first is ask them if they have any problem, or is there something happen to him/her. I will use both Laissez-Faire and Democratic leadership because I want to leave the group like what it is, but make decision for the group sometimes.

Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. I think customer service is important because if we have a bad customer service, customers won't buy our product, and maybe they will tell other customers to not to buy our product, because we have a bad customer service. IF we have a good customer service, customers will buy our product, and tell others to buy our product, and tell them we have good customer service, and they will buy other product.

What I learn from Stanley's video

The video talked about engagement, every employees sees themselves in a active participate in the business, they can make decisions, they can be involve in those decision, and they are powered to decided which way they want to move. Leadership, someone who stand back and get supports to the front line, and the ability to be engage those decisions. Visible leadership is very important to all the levels. If they want leaders to model certain behaviors, they have be good at modeling that for them. Leading doesn't mean the decisions and the powered always come from the top. Those decisions were made on the top, and the rest of the organization were excused. West jet, a lot of the decisions comes from the bottom, but not to lead the change, and dis- support them. The important of cultural, hot it fits to run a successful business. How you get there, how culture help you get there is what important.

What physic taught me about marketing

Newtons law
force= mass x acceleration
The more massive a brand, the more baggage is has. The more force is needed to change the positioning.
you cannot prove a hypothesis through observation. you can only disprove it
In science, marketing is getting easier. In physic, you can never measure the accurate or exact particles, because the observation change it. In marketing, we can try to measure what customers actually do.
entropy was a measure of the disorder of a system will always increase. You can't fight it, so embrace it, and find a way to work with it.

Opening activity for Day61

I think food is going to generate and most profit for the store because I had bought candies there, the price is cheap, the foods are healthy. I looked at the Inventory worksheet, all the items that are sold were the food. And other categories haven't been sold much as the food on the sheet. And I think many people love to eat gum, and they sold gum in the store, so I think the food will be sold the best.
